
December World Cup Update
I have returned back to Europe after a semi-successful opening World Cup in Nakiska, Canada. The first World Cup of the season is always terrifying. It is the first time you can put of all of your hard work and preparation to the test. You never really know how you are going compared to your competition until this day. I had a bumpy start, with my first big crash of the season (and hopefully last!) in training prior to the race. Nothing like some snow burn to wake you up! I h

Wow. What a busy World Cup Season this has been. But alas, the 2013/14 season has drawn to a close. The highights for me this season have been returning to competition after having a stroke in April of 2013 , achieving a 4th place result at ValThorens in January and ultimately representing Australia at the 2014 Olympic Games.
