2019 has flown by- It is already May! It has been a long time since I wrote a blog update... And honestly, it has been because I didn't know what to say. I have raced in so many World Cup events and a World Championships since I last wrote. But what do you say when things aren't going the way you hoped? Back on Snow at Perisher!
I'm Back! I have been back on snow for roughly two weeks now and needless to say, I am very very motivated to ski! Never in my life have I been more focused during a drill session or technical free ski session. Oh, what wonders some (forced) time off will do! I have progressed from rehabilitation with the physiotherapist, to rehabilitation in the gym, to rehabilitation on snow. These three phases are integral to me coming back from injury stronger and better than before. I


Australian Ski Cross Champion and Top To Bottom Champion!
Things have been so busy here in the mountains! I headed to Mt Hotham for 5 days to coach at the SSA Futures Camp for young athletes who are interested in getting into ski cross. It was so fun and even though the weather was not so kind to us, the athletes got great insight into how my team mate Anton and I prepare for our Ski Cross events! Now that the Sochi Olympic Winter Games has been and gone, I thought it was time to update some of the footage on my site! What a massive moth January has been. Lack of snow forced the cancelation of three World Cup events early on and the Olympics are just around the corner. Luckily, Val Thorens in France (who hosted two World Cups in December) were able to hold two events to replace two of the lost events.
